The patient has been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and has displayed ongoing aggressive and threatening behaviour towards staff throughout their shift.During interactions with staff and medical personnel, the patient's mental state appeared unstable, with heightened agitation. Due to these fluctuations in their mental state and unpredictable behaviour, the patient was placed in the seclusion room for their safety and the safety of others.
