What: A personal record of learning experiences including notes, observations, thoughts, and ideas reflective of the materials presented in class.

Why: The purpose of the CRJ is:

1. To lock-in and deepen your understanding of each lesson's learning outcomes.

2. To complete an experiment of 1 (n=1) and evaluate a chosen practice each week.

3. To explore how positive psychology practices inspire self-reflection on the role of happiness in your own life.

Instructions: You will submit a minimum of 150-words guided reflection journal entry on BlackBoard about each of the 9 topics below. Although the journal entries are not expected to be free of grammar mistakes, they should be coherent, well thought-out, written in first person and in full sentences.

If yes, what happened with your thoughts/emotions/behavior while completing your practice? Did anyone in your community notice a change? Will you continue this practice into the future?
