Think about what you learned and how your learned it in a previous or current job you have held. Make a list of three to five of the most important things you learned on your job. Once you have made your learning list, indicate how you learned each item on your list. Was it through formal or informal means? Be specific about the formal or informal activities that contributed to your learning. What does your list tell you about learning in organizations? What should you do if you want to improve your learning?
