Problem: Interview Memo
Imagine that you want to answer the following question: What makes a person a good team player in the workplace? Your assignment is to interview a person from your network for at least 40 minutes to collect his/her knowledge, opinions, and beliefs in this regard.
Write a brief memo describing your interviews. Make sure to address the following Questions:
• Why and how did you choose your interviewee?
• What does your interviewee believe makes a good team player?
• What are your interpretations of the answers given by your interviewee?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
