Look back through your coursework this quarter and review the readings, discussions, exercises, and assignments you have completed. As you reflect on and prepare for leading change, it is important to consider what you have learned and what you have or will put into practice. Respond to the following:
a) What are the five most important things you have learned about leading change in this course?
b) What practices, if any, have you taken from the readings, assignments, and discussions and put into practice this quarter?
