What did you do to respond to the emotions

Problem: The Journal will consist of 10 entries on anything you desire. You have the freedom to ask questions, vent, write poetry, etc. Each entry MUST have substance. For instance, you will not write "I had a good day" and call it an Entry. You would have to expound on the emotion I had a bad day by telling me why you had a bad day, what did you do to respond to those emotions, what made you have a bad day. The length of the entries should vary depending on the number of words it takes you to fully express a complete thought. A good rule of thumb is that a paragraph is needed to express a complete thought. You can think of your journal writing assignment as being similar to a diary. The purpose of this assignment is to teach you that writing your feelings down is cathartic and allows you to assess what you have written. This is supposed to be an easy assignment and grade. Please adhere to the criterion that is set.
