Adriel, a young man from Guatemala, arrived at the United States after a long journey from his country. He crossed the border with his two younger siblings in search for a better future. He gets a job working on a farm picking crops all day long. After a few months, he starts to develop nausea, vomiting, cough, fever, and skin irritation. It is possible he is developing chemical poisoning, but he does not want to lose time from work, and he is afraid to go to the local clinic because he does not have health insurance. He is also afraid of what might happen to his siblings if he gets hospitalized. As a health education specialist working with migrant workers, you are aware of the situation and are trying to help him.
