The objective of this written problem is for you to provide a comprehensive description of the hierarchy of the English court and tribunal system. You will need to show that you have an understanding of what courts and tribunals have jurisdiction over the different types of civil and criminal disputes. You will also need to show an understanding of the appeals process within the court and tribunal system.
