Sharks CPA is adopting new software and is looking to launch the new product in their various divisions across the firm. The highest level of management chose the software as a group, but the subgroups within each department that work as teams will use the software the most. As a managing partner, you are looking to inform the teams within your department of the change. You oversee the tax and audit divisions which each encompass five teams. There are senior leaders managing each individual team that have a close relationship with the individuals working with the clients. It is your responsibility to inform all the teams of the change in software and implement the changes with the least amount of delay in normal operations.
