i. A crisis is an opportunity for learning and change within an organization. Explain organizational learning and the difference between single-loop and double-loop learning. What examples of barriers to learning have you seen where you work?
ii. There are three levels of learning outcomes after a crisis. What are the three levels and apply each to the degree of learning, future impacts on the organization, and the strategy posture towards crisis management.
iii. During a crisis, why do you think ethical behavior should be demonstrated by an organization? What are some best practices that can be implemented to change the ethical culture?
iv. Discuss why team learning is as important as individual learning in crisis management situations. What is meant by the idea of building resilience through redundancy?
