3. Discuss the legal issues (Constitutional Rights) juveniles have or do not have with the police in situations on the street, in vehicles, at home, in schools, and so forth, involving search and seizure and their implications for police juvenile interactions.
4. Assess the differences between an adjudicatory hearing and a disposition hearing.
5. Discuss the U.S. Supreme Court decisions since 1976 that involved juvenile death penalty cases and their consequences for the juvenile death penalty.
6. Compare and contrast three treatment modalities, include in your discussion their strengths and weakness.
