ii. Explain why the nutrient is needed: what benefit/results do they provide for the pregnant mother, the pregnancy itself, and/or the fetus.

iii. What are some examples of foods that contain these nutrients?

Problem 4: List at least 2 foods that should be avoided, or have reduced intake during pregnancy. Explain the risks of ingestion, or the risks of ingesting too much.
