Supervision in Counselling and Social Work
Evaluation report on a topic: The success of the working alliance in the supervision process is dependent on the active and responsible participation of the supervise.
i. Introduction: what are supervision and debriefing purposes, introduce the topic
ii. Body: a model for supervision, negotiations, collaboration, and responsibilities a supervisor and supervisee has. The emphasis should be on the supervisee.
iii. Body: It is the supervisee who is working with the client and therefore has ultimate charge of what does or does not get shared in supervision and is responsible for what she/he brings.
iv. Body: Relationship between the supervisee and supervisor. Important that the supervisee is confident to self-disclose and feels safe to do so in the supervisor-relationship.
