All organizations have a culture in which employees should strive to fit. What are some ways that you, as a new employee of an organization, have learned about your organization's culture in order to communicate effectively and become a productive citizen of the organization?

As a new employee it is important to find and fit into the culture of the organization. As a new employee I will tend to stay back and observe how the organization works and the pathways taken to achieve the goals. If I am not sure about something then I will ask. Once I become familiar and comfortable with the way at witch things are done then i will take a more active role. The better I understand an organization and the way it works the more efficiently I can work withing their system.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
