For your final Project One, you will create your own resume and an autobiography that is tailored to a specific non-profit organization. You get to choose whichever non-profit you want, but it should be one that you can treat as your imaginary "client" for the rest of the semester. What I mean by that is that you will make the rest of your major projects for the course with this non-profit as your intended audience. This means that it should be a non-profit that you can make some educational materials for in Project Two, as well as survey people about and make a recommendation project for in Project Three.

Although the choice is ultimately yours, one way to make the materials for this course more useful to you in the future is to choose a non-profit related to your degree field or your intended career. Some students who have chosen this option have reported that they took their portfolio to job interviews to showcase their written communication skills with success! So that's something to keep in mind.
