This has very real consequences for girls who are accused of/convicted of crimes. Write a paper addressing the following 3 issues, incorporating what you have learned from course materials (text, lectures, videos), plus 1-2 outside scholarly sources (e.g., government documents, books, peer reviewed journal articles).
