B. What are the most important responsibilities of your position? Identify 3 at minimum and indicate how much time you spend on each. List them in order of importance. Start each statement with an action verb, such as "provides", "decides", "verifies".
C. What are 2-3 key tasks for each of the responsibilities identified in the previous question?
D. Describe the mental and physical efforts you expend in performing your work. For example, do you have long periods of intense concentration? How often does this occur? Consider whether there is a lot of routine? Identify any physical demands required of the position.
