• Where did you go and why did you choose to go there?
• What was your initial impression?
• What ailments did you 'share' with the practitioner?
• What recommendations did the practitioner give you?
• Will your follow his or her recommendations?
• Did you experience any results?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
