We need to create a localization tool to organise multiple planning
The web based tool must do the follow
Import excel sheet where you have a list of n events with at least the below information (in columns).
a) Date
b) Hour
c) Name
d) Surname
e) Post code
f) City
g) Address
h) Phone number
i) Mobile number Mr
j) Mobile number Mrs
k) Details
We can insert in the tool as an input the number of manager "Y" (1 to z)
The tool must group the events (1 to n) in Y group, each group must have a number of events close to (number of events/number of manager) taking into account the schedule composed of a and b, a and the address (e/ f/ and g/) the constraints are-
1) To minimise the distance between 2 consecutive events (based on e/f/and g) in km per manager
2) Maximise the amount of time (in minutes) between two consecutive events based on the schedule (a/ and b/)
THE OUTPUT must be-
An excel sheet (sent by email to an email address that must be an input and kept by default)
The inputted excel sheet where an extra tab is added with the same column
