Was there sufficient consideration to form contract

Problem: One day, when Jo was just 10 years old, her Aunt Marsh wrote in a letter to her that she would give Jo her home if Jo will refrain from getting married until she is at least 30 years old. She signed the letter, "love Aunt Marsh". Jo wrote back to Aunt Marsh and said, I agree and accept your offer and signed the letter "love Jo". At the time, the law allowed women to be married at the age of 18. The day after her 30th birthday, Jo gets married. Remembering the promise Aunt Marsh made to her when she was ten, Jo contacts Aunt Marsh and asks for the title to Aunt Marsh's home. Is Aunt Marsh obligated to give Jo her home? Was there sufficient consideration to form a contract between Aunt Marsh and Jo? Why or why not?
