Assignment -
Using java Maven MVC and sql to create a video sharing website (similar to mobile app Vine), which allows the user to upload their videos(max 15 seconds). Other users can follow and make comment them and give their video likes. The website will sort the ranking of the video based on the number of likes and comments. Also, video uploaders can add hashtags to their video and users is able to reach the hashtag.
Based on the provided file, the design of homepage will consist of a big video display area in the middle, under the video and the uploader's name and description of the video, there will be a comment area and like button which will display the number of existing likes that the video has. On the right side of the video, there's a next button to play the next video. and left side there is a previous video button. The video will replay automatically.
The sorting of the video will based on the likes and comments of the video. On the top, there's a search bar to search the user/ hashtags of the video.
The upload page should allow the user to upload the video (max 15 sec, min 3 sec) and description is required. Hashtag is optional.
