2. Choose 2 logical weights and justify why that those makes sense to you. Examples: shipping charges, line items, dollar value, number of items, total weight (AS400 Wt), total volume (cube).
Calculate the recommended locations based on the two separate issues.
3. Take into account the following:
a. Infrastructure (logistics service availability, e.g., airport in the vicinity?)
b. Space availability/price in this location
c. Labor availability/rates in this location
d. Any other factors relevant to your chosen location
4. Make sure your calculations in Excel are correct, but don't just provide a bunch of numbers.
What is more important is to justify your final decision in words as to why that metric and location would be the best recommendation.
