Write a final reflection on your work in this class.  Use multi-modal content for electronic display.  For instance, select some photos from your phone and write a photo essay.  Make a video of yourself talking or walking and write a commentary.  Create a soundtrack for your reflection with an audio file or link to a video

Possible topics:

1.  Masks:  do I know what my mask looks like to others?  How others see me vs. concept of "identity."

2.  Authority figures. Society as authority management system vs the self as authority figure.

3.  Narrative identity = personal myth.  To what extent is my identity a fiction, made up by me under the pressure of authority figures such as parents, tradition, society, peer pressure, myself, etc.?

4.  Plato's Symposium / J. Diaz, "Cheater's Guide..." :  desire / eros / love / amour.  Is the "soul mate" a myth?  "The soul doesn't know what it desires from the other...." Intense desire in friendship.  

5.  Writing as process not product.

6.  What is inquiry?  How do I absorb sources in academic and non-academic environments?

7.  Visual image vs text.  The film "Psycho" (1960).  Analyze a music video and interpret song lyrics.
