Use a 74ls283n adder chip and a 74ls86n xor chip simulate

2's Complement: Design a circuit to add or subtract two 4-bit binary numbers. For the subtraction, do a conversion from a positive 4-bit binary number to its corresponding negative in 2's complement representation (for example convert +4 to -4 in 2's complement). There should be a control signal to enable or disable the conversion (i.e. if you want a positive or negative number). Use a word generator to supply the two 4-bit inputs. Use hex displays on the inputs and output. Use a probe on the carry output and add/subtract control input. Use a 74LS283N Adder chip and a 74LS86N XOR chip. Simulate the circuit in Multisim and test enough input combinations that you are sure the circuit is working properly. Make sure you test in all theranges of numbers that are possible. List the numbers tested (input and output) below. Print out your circuit and attach.
