So the Probability of arriving at random and having to stop is p = 2/3 and probability of a car not having to stop is q = 1/3. Cars arrive at a rate of 1 every 5 mins. (Note you will never have to stop on green due to traffice and congestion.)
A) Find out the probability that at least one car has to stop at the intersection during 1 hour.
B) Find out the probability that when you arrive at the intersection there is another car waiting stopped at the red light.
