Therefore these are registered under S.11 of the Trade Unions Act 1952 into the primary object of regulating the relations between employers and employees.  Below Section 27(1) of the Act provides such a registered trade union might sue or be sued below its registered name. Moreover  S.23  provides that no suit or other legal proceedings shall be maintainable or put in any civil court against several registered trade union or member or an officer thereof in respect of any act done in contemplation or since of a trade dispute.  Through S.24 bars any that suits in respect of any tortious act alleged to have been committed through or on behalf of the trade union. Well Under S.25, a trade union is liable at any contract entered into through it or with an agent acting on its behalf. 

Since a trade union is not a body corporate that the reference to suits through or against it, and the word like "agent" utilized in relation to it, are utilized by condition of analogy only. With Under S.41 of the Act there all property of a registered trade union are vested in its trustees to use or needs and benefit of the union and its members, in additional of under the control of the trustees.  Conversely the property is vested in trustees since the union that being non-existent legally as i.e. it being not a body corporate cannot hold or own property in its name.
