You employ different numbers of cultures for different exposures and determine the following means and standard deviations. You determine the following growth changes, which are simply percent changes from control:

Growth factor C -- mean:12.25 std:4.9 N=65

Growth factor D -- mean:8.5 std:3.5 N=65

Growth factor E -- mean:12.25 std:3.2 N=68

Growth factor F -- mean:10.75 std:2.3 N=76

Growth factor G -- mean:15 std:3.3 N=60

Compute the Total Sum of Squares and The Between Groups Sum of Squares. The Within Groups Sum of Squares is 5799.1400.
