In need help in choosing and developing a topic and problem, related to academic or training and development situations, for which you want to develop a small research project. This topic must be different from those I've used or created earlier in this course. The topic must relate to human performance, such as student performance, trainee performance, or employee performance on the job. You should target a situation related to weaknesses in a course or curriculum. Create a brief "Statement of the Problem," including the rationale for a research project, the types of information that may be unknown regarding the problem, and a description of the audience(s) that will benefit from the research project. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of approaching the topic from qualitative vs. quantitative methodology. Finally, discuss the ethical considerations relevant to the conduct of your proposed project. The length of the work should be about 7-8 paragraphs.
