Mission Statement- To provide valuable insight and perspective into sports and recreation amongst youth participants and their families. To maintain sportsmanship and lessons learned from sport to carry over onto the playing field. Would also like to encourage participation in sport in a world where youth participation is dwindling.

Implementation: After analyzing the threats and opportunities, we decided to form a national network rather than a regional network. The headquarters of the network will be located in New York. Since we are going national our financial costs will be high, and we need to connect ourselves with national sponsors. The brands we are going after are Under Armour, Polar Spring and Model's.

We will start promoting our sponsors and our network getting involved with some charity events targeting high schools. We will go to schools with nutrition experts and coaches to educate young athletes about healthy diets and also promote our sponsors in the process. Young athletes can benefit all the products our sponsors can provide so the sponsors will give away some equipment and some refreshment beverages for students. We will pick the schools which get the least federal funding and will try to reach the students in most need. According to National Center for Education Statistics, Utah, Idaho and Tennessee and Arizona are the states with the least average federal funding per student. These are the states we aim to reach when our network expands and a have more financial resources. Right now our focus will be on bigger markets first to build up a consumer base. We will concentrate on Texas as the biggest high school football state, and New Jersey as the one of the biggest high school basketball states of the country, it is also convenient considering the coverage costs because it is close to our headquarters.

When applying our ideas, one of the things we need to consider is gender equality. Even though our organization is not a federal funded organization and not bonded with Title IX regulations, per our mission statement, we need to pay attention to female youth athletes. It is also very crucial because there is a huge interest for girls' soccer in the country. According to researches, 209.000 high school girls are playing soccer. That is a number we can't ignore. While our society encourages boys to play sports, for various reasons girls don't want to get involved with sports even though they are interested. In order to do that, we are thinking to reach Abby Wambach, a star soccer player who is also a native New Yorker to appear in one of our shows to help us to encourage young female athletes to participate in sports.

An important part of the network will be programs which are dedicated to healthy life style and nutrition. Besides our main sponsors, we will reach to brands for the naming rights of some of the programs. Cheerios is a cereal brand we will go after. Jill Castle is a nutrition expert focused on teen, she is the author of many books on healthy diets for teens, she is a familiar face who appeared on television, that prior experience will attract viewers.
