Frederick Miller is pleased to submit this proposal to you, Mr. Sean John to launch a new product in the $195 billion cell phone market. The Sean John designer case is a unique design in an untapped market. It will meet the needs of both young and old. CTIA - The Wireless Association, an industry trade group that represents the international wireless telecommunications industry projects $20 billion in US growth alone in cell phones by the year 2020. This untapped market can only keep growing. What I am presenting to you is an opportunity for you to be the first one to corner this market. It has been said, "This is the best kept secret". I am speaking about a cell phone case that can be strapped on the back of a car or bus seat headrest. This cell phone case is like no other. It has two pieces left and right of the screen along with a covering that blocks out the sun and allows you to watch videos, movies, TV shows or anything else on your hand held device. It's the perfect device for people who are traveling, long or short distances. It is also an excellent entertainment device for any kind of travel with children. It's not just a device, it will be a name brand device. Instead of holding your cell phone you will be holding a Sean John designer case. I believe this case will improve the customer viewing experience through convenience providing additional customer satisfaction by not holding the cell phone while riding in the back seat of a car or bus.

o Based on NPD's "Mobile Phone Accessories Attach Rate Study," consumers spend more to protect their expensive investments in their smartphones. PORT WASHINGTON, NEW YORK, August 21, 2012 - According to The NPD Group, a leading market research company, revenues from mobile phone accessories in the U.S. increased 32 percent during the first half of 2012 compared to the same period last year. Mobile phone cases were the most popular accessories category, growing 69 percent over the prior year, followed by stereo headphones with microphones, which grew 67 percent. In addition, case sales grew as average prices for these products rose 25 percent.

o According to NPD's "Mobile Phone Accessories Attach Rate Study," recent mobile phone case buyers cited protection and durability (86 percent) as the top purchase influencers, followed by quality materials (73 percent), and minimal bulkiness (66 percent). Aesthetics and price play a lesser role in the purchasing decision, with just under half of recent case buyers considering these attributes important.

o CTIA - The Wireless Association, an industry trade group that represents the international wireless telecommunications industry says more than 519,000 developer related jobs grew into a $10 billion industry, just off apps from Candy, Pet Rescue and Excedra.

"Sean Jean always delivers" Sean John will be the brand that keeps on selling from music to acting to entrepreneurship. He has given Ciroc, Biggie etc. Now he is giving the next big thing the designer case holder. Sean John still delivering.

A commercial, showing a woman getting into her car with uncooperative children. The woman says, "I wish I had a way to let you watch your program, but I can't hold the device for you. The kids are arguing, "I don't want to hold it for you either". Sean John pulls up, "What's going on?" He gives the kids the product saying, "Sean John meeting the need". Considering this is an untapped market we can either flood the market with the designer case or release the cases every three months teasing the consumer, causing them to ask, "Where can I get one". The case will be available for current and past cell phone models. It can be released like Jordan's - Marketing thought.

To go upscale, individuals can go online and design their own case for the price of $100 or more.
