This writing assignment is intended to prompt thinking about the work scheduled over the course of the semester and start the process of planning your activities accordingly.

To complete this assignment, you should carefully review the full schedule for the course provided in the syllabus. Look at all assignments and their due dates with a focus on the major, higher-value ones. In two to three paragraphs, please:

1. Briefly describe the work that is due and its scheduling throughout the semester.

2. Identify where there may be scheduling overlaps with other courses' assignments and describe your plan for addressing those conflicts.

3. Identify which assignments will be challenging for you and explain why. You should consider which will utilize your strengths and in which are you most and least interested.

Use the space below the line to write your summary, you may continue to the next page. Please note that well-developed paragraphs often contain six to eight well-written sentences for each paragraph. Review your written document prior to upload. Check to see that you have a topic sentence, sufficient content to support your topic sentence, and a concluding sentence for each paragraph. Save the document as a Word Document or PDF. Use the naming convention found in our syllabus under "Student Responsibilities." Upload it to the D2L dropbox by the published deadline.
