To begin your search, decide which ethical standards you want to find related to your field Infomation Technology: the ethical standards for professional practice, for research, or for scholarship.
If the scope of your major is very broad, you may want to focus your search on the ethical standards for a subset of the field. Then go online and conduct a search as you normally would, using any search engine or database directory, and record each search decision you make and the reason.
