Throughout the text and the course, we have discussed the concept of tort reform. Several states have adopted some type of tort reform. Does your state have any kind of tort reform measures? Using tort reform as your policy question, answer the policy analysis questions on page 262 Box 13-3. Do you support tort reform? If your state already has tort reform, answer the policy analysis question and make recommendations if the tort reform measures should continue and why/why not? If your state of residence does not have any type of tort reform, answer the questions and make a recommendation as to why your state should or should not implement these types of measures.
