On the basis of the outcome of your self-assessment, develop a personal action plan. Your personal action plan should:

g. Maintenance of client relations

2. List, describe, and explain barriers and challenges to your readiness for the role of a consultant.

3. Include a detailed plan of action to reinforce and maximize your strengths and overcome weaknesses.

4. Include a discussion of how your plan will affect your work in your current role and as a consultant.

Your final deliverable will be a 3- to 5-page Microsoft Word document.

You should utilize two to three scholarly sources in your research. Your paper should be written in a clear, concise, and organized manner; demonstrate ethical scholarship in accurate representation and attribution of sources; and display accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
