This proposal aims at providing components of a subsequent training grant proposal for Westar Technologies Inc. in order to support the organization to gain potential workforce funding assistance from the government. In response to the request for proposal, our team, ABC Consulting outlined and described the training needs based on our observation and analysis, which will help the organization get funding and conduct training accordingly. In our proposal, choices, recommendations about effective ways to deliver training initiatives, as well as performance evaluation and measurement suggestions will be included to increase the organization's chance of success.
