1. You are required to submit an individual reflective written report of 2,400 words. This report is worth 30% of the overall marks for the module. You must attempt ALL THREE assessments in order to pass this module.

For this assessment task, you must choose one organisation on which to focus. Write an academic report of 2400 words (+/- 10%). Your report should focus on the chosen organisation (as specified above), and should contain the following:-

1. A front sheet and contents page.

2. An introduction to your reflective report.

3. A simple PEST analysis of at least one business organisation of your choice in which you feel might be using management theories that are relevant now a day.

4. A discussion of at least 2 relevant theories that can be adopted by the managers of your chosen contemporary organisation.

5. Explain the role of reflective practice in shaping modem-day management practice.

6. A clear conclusion, indicating to the reader than the report objectives has been met.

7. A Reference List in the appropriate Harvard format (minimum of 10)
