Part A consists of three sections - primary research, a literature review, an action plan.

Primary Research - finding out about yourself and the impact of your communication style ( 800 - 1200 words)

Record the result.Obtain feedback from others to identify and learn more about elements of your Communication Style that you need/could improve. Report the key findings about yourself as a communicator, identify the areas that need some work

Literature review - Secondary research - (1000 - 1500 words)

Read about relevant skills/theories on the topic/areas you want and need to improve. Write a review of what you have read. Related what you have read to you as a communicator.

Action plan

From ideas in the Literature Review, lectures, workshops, create a detailed weekly action plans so you can work on and practice your specific interpersonal skills and knowledge in key contexts. Note: the action plan is for the semester of longer.

Part B Consists of two sections - gaining feedback from others on your progress and reflecting on the outcomes of the action plan, recommendations for ongoing actions.

Outcomes of the action plan reflection (1500 - 2000 words)

Obtain feedback from others on your progress/experiment with the new ideas, behaviors and skills. Include information from the Part A literature review.

Recommendations for ongoing actions

Use SMART model of recommendations, They must be practical, implementable.
