Recognize the research problem. Make a research question, state a hypothesis, and state the null hypothesis for a quantitative study. Make a research question for a qualitative study.
According to you, should the program continue to be funded or should it be removed? Explain why? How will you find out if the program must be funded or eliminated? Support your answer with suitable reasoning.
