This is a research project report. The report should introduce the problem people are having with pipeline transportation, such as leakage and pipeline accidents in the past decades. Then introduce what technology/method people are using to detect leakage. Finally give a recommendation method or system for conclusion.
Engineering report should be in single space and you can insert graphs, charts, figures
You can introduce the past accidents in the introduction, and then introduce the methods, and last do the recommendation for conclusion
Also, please include an Abstract in the beginning
