The manager of a Pizzeria is concerned about the efficiency of its business process. As described by the manager, there are six steps in the process.

When an order is received, the pizza is assembled. Then, it has to spend seven minutes in the oven, cut and garnish, place in a box, and delivered to the customer.

The oven can handle up to seven pizzas at a time, and the delivery person can handle up to ten pizzas in each trip. Following are the expected time and resource allocation of each process step.
