The electric motors unmanned drones use transformers to produce sufficient current to move the flight surfaces.

Due to the weight restrictions of the vehicle, the transformers use a ceramic rather than iron, the ceramic has a permeability of mu = 40 mu0.

The input stage of the transformer has a N1 = 100-turn coil and the output stage of the transformer has a N2 = 600-turn coil.

The transformer core is a toriod with a mean radius of 6 cm and a circular cross-section of: S = 0.04Pi mm^2. The toroid has 0.01 mm air-gaps at ? = 0, 120, 240 degrees. The fringe factor of the gaps is 1.10.

a) Compute the self inductance of each terminal.
b) Compute the mutual inductance between the input and output terminals.

c) If the output current is I2 = 150 mA, compute the magnetic flux, (???), within core of the transformer.

d) If the input current is 75 mA, compute the amount of energy stored by the transformer and the amount of energy dissipated by the transformer.
