She wants her team to have all the trainings and tool to be successful. She gauges them yearly on performance base on job knowledge and teamwork. She uses a scale, under expectations, meets expectations or exceeds expectations.

Write a 700 to 1,050 words paper in which you:

ii. Summarize what you learned from your interview.

iii. Explain how you would apply what you learned into your own leadership responsibilities.

iv. Distinguish the differences between management and leadership.
