Assessment 1: Journal
Submit a completed Professional Practice Journal. You must use the template provided and must have completed 25 hours of professional enhancement activity. Follow the instruction supplied on the template and conform to word count
SECTION 1: PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY
SECTION 2: FIELDNOTES (You have field notes to write. Complete the field notes at the same time as you are undertaking your activity. Each field note should be about 250 words although some might be more others less. Aim to have about 1000 words of field notes (+-10%) in total. Expand the boxes as required when you complete each note.)
SECTION 3: REFLECTION (After each dimension based seminar reflect on your own skill and knowledge levels in that area and associated experience, 1000 words +-10% - split the 1000 words across each dimension as is appropriate. Written in first person and in a reflective style of writing. Please read the core text for help with reflective writing. Use theory on how to reflect and relevant discipline theory - see core text). You need to attend tutorials to be able to undertake this section or if DL then you'll receive an instructed tutorial.
SECTION 4: CRITICAL DISCUSSION (1000 words +/-10%. The critical discussion is about your skills and knowledge and analysis of your professional practice)

Assessment 2: Presentation
Assessment Brief:
You are required to prepare a ten slide PowerPoint with voice over (lasting no longer than 10mins). The content of the presentation should include the following elements:
- The employability mapping from before your work related activity and then the 2nd mapping from after your work related activity.
- Analysis of the shifts and changes in your perception of skills and knowledge development, using the dimensions, over the term of the module.
- The first slide should contain your name and title of the presentation and the last slide should contain closing remarks and any references.
- A voice over explaining each slide
- Highlight an explanation of what you plan to do next in terms of your professional practice and development.
