Instruction: Read the following case study and answer questions below

On a Saturday night at one in morning Mr and Mrs Samuel, repeated guests of Marriott groups, were awaken by knocks on their door. It was the room service boy with bottle of champagne and a hot delicious meal in hand. Mr Samuel thanked and returned the boy as he didn’t order anything. On the last day when the guests were doing the check out procedures, to their surprise they found bill of the order that they hadn’t passed and delivered on their account.

In relation to the case study above critically discuss and illustrate out the four (4) processes of problem solving and decision making.
