Some of the research on gender-based leadership styles indicates that women have more of a tendency to focus on creating a cohesive team, and men tend to be more focused on individual achievement. This can create a situation where perceptions are misunderstood. In other words, some men might see this type of leadership style as indecisive, when in reality, the female leader is trying to build consensus, which takes time. What do you think?
