Should there be points for routine tasks affiliated with job


Problem

When conducting a job evaluation from a worksheet based on job duties and responsibilities, for example an accountant, I'm getting confused on the information that was provided to find on Onet and Occupational Handbook for assigning the point values for each section. Especially in Job Complexity. Should there be points for routine tasks and other tasks affiliated with the job? and I have 10 jobs to evaluate and I need pointers on completing these evaluations.
