Self-awareness - please identify your habitual thinking

Self-awareness - Please identify your habitual thinking patterns (beliefs), emotions, and behaviors that prevent you from achieving personal mastery (seeing and being your best). Do you tend to have an internal or external locus of control? Please provide evidence and examples for either/both. Should leaders try to change others' (individuals, groups, society) thinking/attitudes or start with themselves (their own mindsets, biases, etc.)?

People fear job loss, rejection, consequences of resisting (challenging) change initiatives, raising emotional/relational issues, etc. Identify and discuss the negative consequences of fear in the workplace. Develop a brief outline/plan for your current (former) boss to lessen fear and lead (motivate) with love. Remember: We don't need to "feel" love to "behave" in a loving manner -encourage self-mastery, listen, understand, achieve mutually beneficial relationships, etc.
