Current Event Contribution-The topic that I was assigned is "CLUBS." In order to prepare for this assignment, you have to read the focusing on CLUBS.
Students will find a newspaper article, magazine article, and or blog post related to the assigned leadership topic covered for the week. For maximum point value, contributions should be related to the hospitality or tourism industry.
1.A one to two page report on this publication (typed, 12
point font, one---inch margins) should be submitted in class on the date of the lecture.
Within this report, students should first summarize the article, briefly highlighting the main point.
2.Next, students should argue why this article is relevant to the chapter assigned.
3.Lastly, students should be prepared to discuss this article during a 3---minute presentation at the start or end of class.
The paper, a link to the article, and any presentation material must be uploaded in D2L before class begins.
