The purpose of this assignment is to analyze project risks. Consider the specifics of the Global Treps project and common sources of IT project risk. Review the "Risk Register" section of the textbook. For this assignment, read the "Running Case" of the textbook and complete the following.
1. Complete the blank portions of the "Global Treps Project Risk Register Template" to identify residual and secondary risks associated with the project.
2. Review Figure "Sample Probability/Impact Matrix" from the textbook. Create a similar probability/impact matrix as a new worksheet in the completed "Global Treps Project Risk Register Template." Plot the risks from the completed "Global Treps Project Risk Register Template" on the probability/impact matrix.
3. Submit the completed "Global Treps Project Risk Register Template," including the newly created probability/impact matrix worksheet.
