Review learning resource about addiction screening tools

Problem:

Review the Learning Resource about addiction screening tools. Consider the different tools that are available to screen for an addiction, how they are administered, and how they are scored.

Go to the Hart City interactive media and locate the case study you selected last week.  Then, review the service user's completed screening. Score the screening according to the scoring instructions that are provided.

Based on the score, determine whether the service user is struggling with an addiction and whether they may need further assessment.

Review the service user's responses to each question, with a particular focus on questions pertaining to the severity of their addiction or the presence of health issues. Based on their responses, determine if they need immediate assistance. Need Assignment Help?

Identify the Hart City case self selected in the subject line of post.

Must Do:

Imagine that the service user in the case study has completed an addiction screening in the waiting room prior to meeting with self today. Review the service user's response to each screening question and score the screening using the instructions that are provided. With the screening responses and score in mind, respond to the following questions:

Does self think the service user is struggling with an addiction? Why or why not?

Would self recommend that the service user undergo further assessment? Why or why not?

Does self think the service user's addiction requires an immediate response? Why or why not?

Support with evidence from the completed screening and scholarly sources. Include in-text citations and references.
